If you keep repeating a pattern, nothing will ever change. It’s a proven fact you’ll always get the same results. If you want to improve things, your patterns need to change. Begin creating new patterns leading to where you want. Changing a pattern is one of the hardest thing to do. Your patterns are known, they’re comfortable. I’ve learned to take small, baby steps. I just inch my way forward instead of trying to do everything at once. It just takes a lot longer to get results, but the results are more permanent. Just remember to not be too hard on yourself if you make a mistake. Think about your own patterns.
