People live such complicated lives, just the act of living is stressful. It just seems to get more and more complicated all the time. It’s like when I moved, I went from a 1000 ft.² apartment into a 620 ft.² apartment. It was a huge change. I got rid of a ton of stuff, but still can’t seem to fit into my new apartment, even after 18 months. I just can’t seem to let go of some things. They’re just stacked up, but I’m slowly learning. You just need to let go a bit. Dream of the big house and strive for it, but don’t dwell on it, live in the now. If you dwell on not having the big house, it becomes easy to get stuck and feel hopeless. It’s a slippery slope. Think about how you live.
Do you live simply? Do you feel free?
What keeps you from living simply?
What can you do about those things?
How would your life change if you felt freer?
Starting today, where can you begin to simplify your life?
