Optimist/pessimist

“An optimist is a person who sees a green light everywhere. The pessimist sees only the red light. But the truly wise person is colorblind.” -Dr. Albert Achweitzer.

You need to be wise in how you look at things. A red light may stop you, but also gives you a chance to pause and assess the situation. If you always see green lights, you may not be ready for the roadblocks ahead. If you’re colorblind, you can be ready for anything and let nothing stop you. You won’t assume the way is clear or blocked. You can move forward and just be ready for anything that comes. Think about the lights you see.

What color are the lights you see around you?

Do you let a red light stop you? Do you let the green light leave you unprepared?

In what ways could you be more colorblind?
